Harrrrumph! To quote an old uncle.
I willed the phone to ring this morning, to the point where I got dressed ready to go (first time I've done this!) Made sure I had a To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. while OH was still here, in case it rang while I was in there.

I know this is the oldest thread ever, but I know exactly how you feel Nutty. I guess you've worked it all out in the past 5 years, but i still have the same problem and find that it's just when you've given up and thought, oh well, at least I can do such-and-such today that the phone rings. I had that the other day and it was an agency as To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. And then just as I'd settled in to being in the clear again, the phone rang again, this time for an afternoon in a Reception class which I really couldn't turn down and so went for it. It was my first non pre-booked work in a school I didn't know and it was great!
