Default Summer Quickly Approaching

I'm just curious what supply teachers do for work during the summer break?

Back home in the States, I was a regular teacher and my salary was spread over the summer and holiday breaks, so I always received a monthly paycheck. This will be the first time in 3 years that I won't have work lined up for that slow time and I'm wondering what everyone does to suppliment income when we don't have long-term posts lined up?
