Default home tutoring

Hi all,

Not been here for a while so sorry if there's an answer to this somewhere.

I'm thinking of trying being a home tutor for the summer months July, August, Sept. Is there a market for this at this time of year? I'm thinking of marketing children keeping skills going when they tend to skacken off.

Any tips? How would I get started.

It's that scarey time of year when supply and my other income as a post exc archaeology specialist disappears and I'm left penniless facing a huge tax bill to save for.

bw,

WBT

Hi, word of mouth, cards in post office/local supermarket... best way I've found! Haven't ever done it through the summer though to be honest.

Am in the same situation with the tax bills though, we're both registered as self-employed, and find it sooooo hard to put away 25% or so each month for when it arrives!
