Question French resources for supply work

I'm a NQT who missed out on the gold rush and am investigating my supply options. I have no

what is expected of supply teachers and whether it varies from school to school but I'm most concerned about what resources I could use for KS3,4 and 5. Does anyone know of any good websites that might have some useful resources for French supply work? Any quick tips / icebreakers? How much do I need to prepare?
