Default What's in your packed lunch?

Depends on the school... and how late I get up... this has to last me breakfast too [smilie=trilly-86-49.gif] if it seems a lot... half gets eaten in the car on the way there!

Bad school / late start - three bananas, two kit-kats or similar, a shed load of Bourbons, two packets of Gary Linekar crips, handful of marshmallows (that's my latest thing!), something nice by Mr Kipling and if I'm lucky and there was enough bread defrosted, a cheese spread sandwich and a chocolate spread [smilie=trilly-142-icon_

.gif] sandwich - wholemeal bread of course, you got to look after the figure girls! [smilie=trilly-77-24.gif]

Good school / early start - I would have had weetabix before I left, so one banana for the car. Chicken salad sandwich, a banana and a kit-kat. All of which rarely get eaten, more I go for a glass of water whist I mark books.

Yes, the 0.7 days I do at this school are not doing my weight any favours at all! [smilie=trilly-120-icon_porc.gif]

usually just sandwiches, fruit and a chocolate and big bottle of water as i can just throw these into my bag quickly at the last minute if i get an early morning call. Need to stock up on some snacks that I can take because I get really hungry at break time and hometime.

Muesli bars and a bottle of water.

Usually supplemented by banananas and cake.

of days, there might have been some barbecued belly pork and/or cooked-meat trimmings.

I was an economic migrant (though not a 'bogus asylum seeker', as I have a UK passport), so I was earning as much as possible and spending as little as possible, to maximise my remittances to my home country.

I can't go to Morrisons.. .it's dangerous... they seem to have an offer on lovely fresh cakes/bread/pastries on the end of every isle! What is it with that store! They're not encouraging healthy eating at all! - Sooo hard to stay away

I've gone healthy just recently. Need to keep energy up!

Lunch: Tuna & egg salad with multi-grain bread (Plenty of protein!)

Snacks: Banana & malt loaf or fruit cereal bar (For a healthy sweet tooth?)
