Default GTC excluding supply teachers

Just read this post on TES, wondered whether it might start another heated debate?

Disgusting! It must also hold for retired teachers too... with a wealth of experience and wisdom.. surely some of the best people to have on a panel!

I agree with something that was said on TES there... that supply teachers see many schools in various states... I think OFSTED ought to employ us as Mystery Inspectors!!! I'm serious!!!

Hmmm seems a bit dumb to me.

Teacher's TV also has panels from which supply teachers are excluded. not as important maybe, but still designed to make us feel 'second class' should we be so inclined.
