Love it, you guys have a heated debate but everyone is on the same side! That's why i love this forum! I agree that PPA has been a great implementation for teachers when it is given in one block and whoever is covering is able to manage without having to ask fr teacher to do everything thus what is the point of ppa? Don't know if thast makes sense, what I can't understand is when schools give it in 1/2 hour blocks, no good for anyone.

You currently have 0 posts. ion just to get good marks, and if spelling is not an issue in sat';s the teachers don't make a big issue of it in class, so kids leave year 6 without being able to spell or other straightforward learning.
This all sounds a bit waffly but it is 6am and I'm a bit tired, I know what I mean...
Anyway scrap league tables, hlta's or cover supervisors doing ppa, and things might improve.
