NUT workload campaign

I do 2 days a week PPA cover at a school and 1 day a week PPA cover at another school but all the work is planned for me - mainly because the PPA time is always random (i.e. sometimes I'm covering for a class whose teacher's poorly instead of the PPA cover!). I prefer doing regular days where I know where I'm meant to be during the day - I wouldn't mind planning for that!
