Default Aspire People

Just joined this agency based in West Midlands. Fairly new set up by 2 educational consultants who used to work for bigger agencies but got fed up of the sales driven attitude of their previous employers and decided to set up their own agency. really friendly staff, also really know how to look after their teachers. Already got 4 days booked with them already. As they haven't got many people on their books they really look after your needs. My consultant is determined to find me a perm position soon as I still need to my NQT year. i am very confident she will.

Default I'd recommend them

I am working for Aspire at the moment and I am very happy with them. They try as much as possible to match my needs to their demand and I only have good things to say. My primary consultant is very nice and often tries to find work a week ahead so I know where I am going. So if you live in the West Midlands, I'd go to them. They are based in Sutton Coldfield.

I'm glad to hear this agency is good because I joined them recetnly and found the consultant great to work with, but some of the schools I was sent for interview at weird - not her fault. One gripe I have is that on my intitial meeting I forgot to take all the necessary documents with me (my fault), so I sent them on afterwards recorded delivery. Some weeks on and I haven't had them back. I asked the agency and they said they were returned recorded and they were tracking them for me, then I heard no more. I called up my Post Office depot today and have been told there is an item of mail waiting for me, not delivered because there is money to pay on the postage and not an item of recorded mail. I sort of hope it is my documents, as I am currently missing my marriage certificate and passport, but I'll be disappointed if it is too, and my vlauable items were just stuck in an underpaid envelope!

Was it them??

My mum does that you know... if it's not important, she doesn't bother getting it weighed and I have to pay extra for it! Cheeky or what?!
