Default Robin Hood

What do you reckon then?

I muttered and mumbled and grumbled beforehand about how it couldn't possibly be as good as Michael Praed and music by Enya, but I did enjoy it and am looking forward to the next one.

I still voted for Michael Praed on the poll though.

Oh dear. Have I just shown my age. Can any of you remember Michael Praed as Robin Hood. At least I can't remember Errol Flynn!!

Sorry, forgot Kevin! I enjoyed that one too, and I can't use the excuse of him being American and therefore not eligible to be RH, cos Errol Flynn is/was too. (Wasn't he?!!)

Go on - own up - who's voted for the new chap already?

Sorry folks, its the Connerys all the way for me, I remember that more than praed, though he was lush too. I am on the fence with the new one, he is certainly worth a look and I think Keith Allen is going to be good, need a few more episodes to decide.

Before watching it, I would have said Pread, but now i'm liking the new version, I think it's well done, added a bit of contempariness (!) to it and getting a few topical debates in on the side! Love his side kick too - he's just asking to get wollopped round the head!
