Hurray! one thing off the list!
I have a lodger, well, not quite contract signed and deposit in bank yet, but a girl I met at my outdoor act. club has said she wants the room, mid sept, so that's good, and she said she see me at the social tomorrow to sort out deposit and stuff. she seems really nice and was fine with the things I'd put in the contract after my last lodger!
So one 'issue' down, just a job and a bloke to go! (those might not be as easy!)
