Interview question - adding creativity to literacy/numeracy

I have an interview on Thursday am and have put off thinking about it so that i do not stress out about it (Been looking for a job for a year so really need this job!)

Anyway, just had another look at the interview questions (They actually tell you what questions they could ask) and one says

How have you added creativity to a series of literacy or numeracy lessons which you have taught?

s what they mean? Do they mean doing lit/num through other means, e.g. drama, etc.

Don't really know - am panicking and can't get my head to think properly!

I think I'd split my answer two ways...

a) ways in which you have added to the otherwise 'boring' (don't say that word!) lesson plan, drama, real-life association, etc.

b) ways in which you've got the kids to be more creative in their subsequent independent work.

Oh! Hard luck! Did they give you an indication of the reason? - On second thoughts, I was thinking it might help at the next interview, but they all seem to want something different!
