Default Summer hols!

Just wondering what everyone's plans for summer are? I'm off to Italy for 2 weeks in August and might try and get work at my local private nursery. Not sure whether I'll bother signing on this year. It was such a pain last time!!!!! Plus the holiday kind of suggests that I don't need the money!!! Going to see my mum for a few days, fruit picking in Hertfordshire and to see my uni mates in Birmingham and Leeds. I reckon I'll be busy also with the house and garden and trying not to spend money!!!!

I'm off to Cyprus 3 weeks today. Then the day after I get back, I'm working for 3 weeks in a playscheme for children who have special needs. Not too sure what I'm doing for the last 2 weeks of the summer hols, if I have a job lined up for Sep I will be having a bit of a break and sorting some planning out.

in Cornwall for 2 weeks... other than that... work, work, work! Not so bad when it involves so many bar meals though

The holiday to Cornwall (Mawgan Porth, just north of Newquay) looks like getting shortened though, as there's a food festival we should be at on the first weekend, up here, and on the last weekend, there's another big festival. We may lose the weekend either side...

Oh to be going abroad! Lucky people!!!

Hi,
I am going to Spain the 2nd week of the hols with my hubby and parents for their 30th wedding anniversary (they are not into big parties so this is how they want to celebrate!) and over to Norfolk at the end of the hols for a week. Other than that, we have another wedding to go to (the 6th and final one of the year!!!) and I MAY do some private tutoring if possible but need to get advertising if I want to do that really!!!!!!
I am also thinking that as I have no job to go to in Sept, that work my be quite dry then - what are others experience of supply work in Sept? Is there much around? May have to dig a bit deeper into the savings then!!!!!!
Hope all of you are ok,
RB x
