Default A very quiet day!

Not a single post today while I've been gone!
Anyway, had a lovely day with mum at the Trafford Centre.. but as I usually do, I spent more on OH than myself! It's so easy to buy for blokes, they're either S, M or L, end of. They'd either like it or not. I could have spent an absolute fortune on him today!

I did cheat on my diet for the first time though... very hard to have lunch out with mum and eat a bowl of cereal, or have just fruit juice! I went for a not-so-healthy spinach and ricotta cannelloni with garlic ciabatta and salad! Oops! Have been extra good with my evening meal to make up for it.

I did buy a few T-shirts, but they're very much in hope of a slimmer summer... I could wear them now, but would prefer them to be not so clingy, so will wait.. I know I'm losing weight now, so this speculative buying isn't such a bad

Hope you're all well and enjoying the holidays, have a lovely long weekend if I don't see you around!

That's great you had a good day Nutty! I guess everyone was too busy y'day to post except me! I had a great day lounging on the couch, watching DVD's and I even went for a short bike ride around the streets in our local area! Good me! Went out for a curry last night for a mate's b'day and myself and OH are going out for a "Eat for a Tenner" deal with the Times newspaper! I am going to be FAT FAT FAT! Especially as tomorrow we are having a BBQ at some mates house and the chocolate fountain on Sunday of course. I bearly fitted into my jeans this morning!!!!

Wow! Sounds like you've got a mega food-fest lined up for the weekend! And already a return invite for a BBQ!

OH is working today and Monday, and is even thinking about working Saturday too, but I'm trying not to let him... My Easter hols are up soon, and I haven't seen him yet! We're usually away in the caravan/tent somewhere, so this is really strange for me. He's going to Turkey with his dad a week on Monday for a week, so trying to make up the time on other days as he'll be losing six days' work.

So, me and the

s haven't really got anything planned! We've got a walk with friends on Monday, and we are out each night/got someone over... but the days are feeling really long - even when I'm engrossed in the business stuff!

Have a lovely meal...
