Do you know if he/she's selling up or just wants new tenants? Sounds like they want to sell up. Still, every cloud and all that - one door closes another opens etc.!

[smilie=grouphug.gif] Poor you! Put your feet up and relax (if you can) this evening and see what's available to you in the morning. Too late to do anything now.
If its any consolation I've had a c~@* day too - windscreen cracked on way to school this morning and spent most of day trying to sort it out To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. Hope the house hunting goes well tomorrow. x

I think they want to sell as they had it on the market a year before we rented, but the decor is foul so they won't sell unless they put some money into it and I doubt they'll do that either. \can't start househunting til monday as \i've got 2 days in reception in a private school tmw and fri which is good I spose, but would lik to get all this sorted too. Have just eaten a Rolo pudding, very tasty but awfully bad! And I've STILL got a sore throat, must be from teaching year 6 today!

Oh G'span! Poor you!
Just keep in mind, Saturday is a good day to go househunting, you can usually get viewings straight away as people aren't at work... during the week, you just get to organise viewings for the weekend...
But, also bear in mind most estate/letting agents close at hlaf twelve-ish on Saturdays!
You'll find something lovely... keep us posted...

Crikey... did your current landlord take money upfront? Could you be in for getting that back? Any chance of it early to give to the next landlord?
