All I can suggest is multi vits, vit c, iron supplements - when I start getting tired I dose up on them as a preventative measure. Plenty of sleep - early nights when you can and keep fit, the fitter I've got the less bugs I have caught/quicker I shock them off.
Don't forget, you will catch everything thats going around at first but you will soon build up an immunity to it! I think I was ill most weeks of the Autumn term when I was an NQT!
