Default Supply Teacher Gonnabe...advice please!

You may know me from the infamous Hig and Wee's Hot-Tub on the TES Forum...and you may also know that wee will be leaving the Dark Side of the Moon soon for the balmy shores of the Emerald Isle.
For the first time ever I will be relying on subbing as my bread and butter. Would welcome ANY comments about the life of a sub...be real! I have no clue what I am getting into as have been a lucky begger to date where jobs are concerned.

So help out the wee...and I will grant you Irish wisdom (or more likely buy you a virtual pint!)

Hi!

Just keep on reading this forum, you'll find out what's it's like!

Advice #1 though: You maybe want to try and think of another way you can earn while you're waiting for supply to 'take off' though? It can be slow to get started at schools, and tricky to keep going!
