how are you all? Sorry have been a bit absent from here, been manic at home! What have I missed?

We are all good, my 2 are keeping me very busy and growing up far to fast!

That's the only worry I have about going abroad - don't really want to be stuck somewhere with no euros left!!

We're off on our first holiday for 6 years (not counting our weekend in Bath in April to celebrate our Silver wedding). We are going to Dorset without the children which is going to be strange having not done that for 21 years (not counting Bath......). Then son is having his room painted whether he likes it or not!

Well I've already had my time off and since I don't teach anymore, my next week off is not until September. Can't afford a hol though cos OH has lost his job so am going to have to make do with staying at home. Luckily the weather is usually quite nice in September so shouldn't be too bad.

Hellloooooo!

We're not going anywhere. OH had a week off in June, with all good intentions to make the most of it, and of living in the Lakes, and have a holiday at home... I was ill for 3 of the days, and the other two, guess what, it rained!!

Oh well. Another year. We can afford one every 3 years at best, and that's with our own touring caravan sat on the drive!

Hey guys! Woohoo! Only 8 more school days til I break up (only 5 of those with the kids - 2 are training days with my old school and the last day at my new school!).

My hubby got a new job and has to go to Canada for 6 weeks over the summer so I'm saving for the flights to go out with him for 3 weeks!!!! He'll be wor

full time a 3 month break from work was just a daydream but now just had an operation and can't work/drive for 3 months with no pay it looks a bit different! Planning stage was a bit like the end of pregnancy, fill the freezer tidy the cupboards brief OH & DS about help they will have to give me etc Its 1 week after op now
