It might just be that they haven't needed any supply since, or, they already have regular supply teachers they use and you were booked before because their regular supply teachers weren't available. It can take a while to build up regular schools, have you tried going round to them and introducing yourself and leaving a letter and cv?

of days ago... don't know how it got lost?

I've been to plenty of schools where I've never been asked back... I did get told beforehand at one of them: they had 4 regular supply teachers, two on holiday, one ill and one at a funeral and so not to expect to be called again and not to take it personally...

Just think, they've managed for years before you came along... it's a bit like
