Default I'm stressed out and need reassurance please!

Hey peeps, here's the low down. The school I'm at one day a week has a SIP (school improvement plan?) guy coming in on Friday to have a look around. Now, I don't know whether he'll just be popping his head round the door at a glance or sitting down and observing. Has anyone had one of these people in their school/class before? I really don't know what to expect and I'm normally running around like a blue *rsed fly on a friday as it is (being my only day in the school per week) but i have duty and sharing assembly on the same day and so am really panicky and worried. Plus, this week is manic (no evenings free due to staff meetings, theatre, friend's for dinner etc. - plus we're looking after our friend's

In our school the SIP spends the whole time in the head's office, think she has popped her head round door once in last 2 years. Don't stress about it, it's all about targets and results, so the head has to deal. If he passes, just smile and look busy!
