Default reception job

Going for a reception job interview on friday. Are there any typical questions they may ask me about the foundation stage? Have worked in reception class before but I'm now early years trained.

Thankyou

I don't know either, but transition is a big question from KS1 to KS2 here at the moment, how to make it easier for the kids, and I noticed something about KS2 to KS3 on the BBC this weekend too... just an

Not really sure I can help either, but early learning goals and foundation profiles sound vaguely familiar.
Good luck with the interview!

I didn't get the job, no one got appointed for the job in the end, but that doesn't make me feel any better. I don't know whether to just give up on teaching now or carry on applying for jobs till july. My heart says carry on because I love teaching, but my head is saying be realistic and pratical and find something else. I have been applying for teaching and non-teaching jobs this was my first interview in months so not being successful hasn't given me much confidence.

I'm really sorry you didn't get the job purple, unusual for no-one to get appointed. Obviously no-one can tell you what to do regarding leaving teaching or not but I just wanted to say that I felt like that last year, had been applying for jobs for 2 years then all of a sudden got one. I'm back on supply now but

Thanks guys not sure what I'm going to do yet, think I'll wait till the new year to make any decisions.

Nutty I'm am still doing the odd day here and there of supply, but I'm fed up with supply and fed up with agencies that don't really care about you. Have looked into teaching English to adults, so my experience at Kip Mcgrath may help.
