Leaving work on time
I left a school last Tuesday at 4pm. I had done all my marking from the morning at lunchtime, and had no marking in the afternoon. I had tidied the classroom, better than how I found it, and left a comprehensive note for the class teacher, as well as a class list with notes on each child to the side. I also had a Drs appointment to get to, but that's beside the point!
I got frowned at! Arghhh! Did they want me to put up a display too?! I still worked more hours than I got paid for, had been there since 7:50am!
