Have been the only supply teacher who would work in this school for 18 months. Working there now doing 0.7, gradually decreasing to 0.3 by July. Then, I presume, I'll have nothing the year after. (Haven't got any supply work outside of this as the TAs get it all.)

An old teacher, not even the same Key Stage, turned up the other day, and they offered that old teacher, the maternity contract that's coming up shortly... not even asked me, advertised it, offered it to any of the job-share/part-time teachers there, nothing!

Am soooooooo pissed off today.

Also, have said I'll chip in and do a club next term.

Also, have taught a whole year group this half term one subject, and they're having the verbal/visual assessment day next week on a day I'm not in! Get this... that power driven TA is taking the class that day!! She'll be assessing them! ARGHHHH!
