Default Your supply agency?

Looking to set up a education agency
M1 98.26
M2 106.03
M3 114.55
M4 123.37
M5 133.09
M6 143.62

U1 155.58
U2 161.35
U3 167.32
do these pay rates look right and are they what your currently being paid as a supply teacher?

What are good/bad points of your curent agency?

You rates are roughly what we should be paid, not what the scally agencies actually pay us.

I don't know a lot about the scales but the agencies in this area pay £105 for NQTs, LEA is £15.67 an hour for 6.5 hour days. Not sure if that helps at all

If I got paid what you are suggesting I'd be a very happy minx indeed!

I'm on U1 and get paid £110 by all three agencies I'm registered with. I only get £130 from the LEA.


what is good about them?
They find me work.
They are friendly and chatty when I've had a great day.
They are sympathetic and listen when I've had a bad day.
they don't mind if I don't want to go back to a school.
they pass on any compliments/good reports about me they get, sometimes even phoning just to tell me.
