Thanks Jane - good luck with the obs! Must be diffiucult being observed like that when you're not in the classes all the time!?

It was a bit odd but only because the inspector only observed me for 45 seconds!! I'm not in tomorrow so I reckon, by default, I should get an "Outstanding" as I was definitely outstanding for those 45 seconds!!
