Supply Teacher Vs. Substitute Teacher

I am currently working on a book for supply teachers, and I would like to sell the book in the Uk in addition to North America. Since I live in North America, I will be using the term "Substitute Teacher" in the title instead of "Supply Teacher". Are most British educators familiar with the word "Substitute Teacher" and are they aware that the two terms are equivalent?catking

It is a term we use... you'd better check the meaning though perhaps? We use chips and crisps in a different way to you!

In Canada and the USA, classroom management is the term most commonly used to describe the methods employed by teachers to control and improve the behavior of children. How is classroom management used in the UK?

Yep... but some would call that behaviour management and describe classroom management as what you may call classroom organisation? How to deploy any assistants, arrangements for use of computers, table set up, library, stimulus around the classroom etc.
