Good luck Gnomoospan! I'm sure you'll be fine! Just lay down the law at the beginning of the day with regards to rewards and sanctions and get there with plenty of time to prepare (i.e. with the maths). Get familiarised with the school's behaviour policies and timetable. It helps to get a name list and greet the children as they come in so you can at least remember one name at the start of the day to refer to, e.g. "I have already met Roger and he's been very helpful so I gave him 5 team points!" or whatever rewards they have. Works a treat!
