Like a duck to water - kind of?
Does anyone know if it is okay to apply for permanent jobs that involve a pay cut?
I was on the Leadership scale as a Head and am hoping to secure something on MPS , MPS 4,as a class teacher, obviously a huge cut.
Is this ok to do?
Tanya
