Default Whither withering Supply?

Clearly, times are changing. But to what?

My feeling is that many who have previously been able to make a satisfactory level of income, just from the Supply work that came their way, won't be able to do so in the future.

If I were in their position, I think that one of the things that I would be looking at would be getting some private tuition work. Maybe I would be looking to build up the private tuition to be my main work, with Supply just being an extra subsidiary source of additional income, if and when some came my way.

The Supply picture has been quite a confused one as it differed in different parts of the country, and it was hard to get an overall view of it. That is going to be even more so, by the looks of things.

There is a thread in one of the TES forums about experiences of doing private tuition that is useful. I will find it and post it here.

I think the name of the game now is online sales. That is where the real money is going to be.
