Default Foundation Stage P.E. help needed!

I am teaching Reception P.E. once a week from now one and the teacher has not given me any plans. She said I could make it up! I was thin

What about Colonel Hathi's march from jungle book, some old stuff like 60's twisting music? African traditional music like LAdysmith Black Mambazo or Mango Groove. Rimsky Korsakov, flight of the bumblebee??

Well I have one son in Reception and one in Nursery and they tell me they do balancing beanbags on head and pushing them across the floor to a partner. Its all to do with big and fine motor skills. Lots of sort of mini relays is fun isn't it?

Yeah! I used to love relays! I know kids aren't meant to be competative nowadays but - who cares?!

I think it'll be nice for the kids to get out some bean bags and hoops etc. More fun than just
