It asks me to "develop a long term strategy for developing children's IT capability at KS2"

I would suggest the use of ICT [smilie=rk01_077.gif] in all subjects (i.e. cross curricular work) throughout the year, e.g. digital camera for Art, word processing for Literacy, spreadsheets for data handling etc. Hope this helps!

Can you talk about developing the schools focus/attitude towards ICT/teacher's ability and enthusiasm? If they can do it, and want to, then the kids will too! Half the kids know more than the teachers anyway, and have more confidence to have a go at the stuff they can't do.
