Default Jobshare Application

Hi everyone, haven't been around for a while. I'm in the middle of a Return to Teaching course at the moment and I'm just putting in an application for a job with a friend from the course as ajobshare. the school will consider a jobshare application and we have been to have a look round today. We will each do an application form and a letter and then a statement about how we will work together an compliment each other.
Has any one got any advice, any experience of this etc...all comments , help etc gratefully recieved. its really nerve wracking getting back on the application scene after all these years!
Thanks in advance!

of job shares... good and bad... you really have to set the ground rules for things like doing displays... the teaching and marking and setting homeworks bits are easy, it's the other stuff that's harder, displays etc... and if Big Writing is always on a Friday, and Guided Reading on a Monday, then does the person working on a Friday always mark the Big Writing (hours on end) and the person working Monday always get off scot-free?! The other big thing is personal space... I knew two teachers who had two desks in their classroom as one liked to keep a neat and tidy desk and the other was more like me!
