Default I need help with some questions...

Interview questions that I am not sure how to answer correctly. Just wondered if anyone knew the best ways to answer them?!!?

Thank you in advance for ur help!

1) How would I ensure that all children within the class can meet their full potential?
2) How to encourage ch to work independently?
3)Assessment- views on assessment. What assessment you use. Ehich assessments are best?



4)How would you assess your ability to make relationships with children?
5) What do you think about School councils and Eco Schools?

6) If you were to walk into a Primary School what would you look for which might tell you whether or not it was an effective

Just quick notes here...

1) How would I ensure that all children within the class can meet their full potential?

stick to IEPs and school's G&T register (if they have one!)

2) How to encourage ch to work independently?

independent of eachother or you?
eachother... I don't like to!
the teacher/TA... set clear success criteria, break tasks down into manageable chunks so they don't need you?

3)Assessment- views on assessment. What assessment you use. Ehich assessments are best?

Huh! Don't think you'd ever be asked this! AfL stuff...


4)How would you assess your ability to make relationships with children?

Assess your ability?! These are crazy questions!!! Do they go home smiling? Then that's ok!!!

Council: great to empower the kids, give them ownership, they take greater pride in the school. Eco: can't really not be one now!

Errrrr, I don't! Lit/Num plans are broadly spea

weekly based, structure there as in assemblies/Activate etc.... this may be asked in a school running a 'creative curriculum' I suppose...

Assessment, follow school policy and use the ones the school want you to? As Nutty said, talk about afl
