Application form HELP HELP HELP!!!!!

A part of the application form that i'm filling in at the moment has a part which requires main achievements in your current employment. I am currently teaching year 3 and am an NQT, what should i put>??????? Help me please, I'm so sick of application forms

i'd ask your mentor for help. As you are an NQT I don't think they can expect much. I think in general terms they might be thinking like running a club, particular area of palnning / curriculum responsibilitiy. But for NQT, how about the areas you are doing best in? That you have done well in, in observations. Or anything you have tried out this year that has worked well, like a piece of work / 'off curriculum' activity?
Sorry can't help much more, it does sound like a horrid question esepcially for an NQT, or even early career teacher.

s, and that one i really good Nutty, will try and include something along those lines in future. I put successfully completing 2 terms of NQT year, team teaching with the LEA Mathematics advisor, leading an ICT staff meeting and running an after school
