Default Supply teachers EAST ANGLIA contact us :-)

Hi all,

I'm a teacher in East Anglia, and also lecture on behaviour management.

Whilst doing some supply work I avoided the HUGE cut taken by our local agencies by doing some tough negotiating with the local schools MYSELF. I was able to do this as I am well regarded as a teacher, and am fairly in demand.

Well one thing led to another and now other supply teachers are asking me to find them work because they know I won't take the ridiculous cut that the bigger agencies will.

We are usually able to negotiate a position where you are able to pick up a teaching topic and plan and teach properly your own lessons.

So if you want to work with a smaller agency and get paid better, and prefer to plan and teach properly rather than just be a 'glorified childminder' then drop us a line.

:-)
