Well, it is official! I'm no longer a teacher!!! Am officially a Police Constable! To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
My hands were extremely sticky and heart was pounding!!!!!
There was only 14 of us and all our tutors in the court, but it was still nerve wracking! We were all in our uniform (looking very strange but very smart!) and had to sit in alphabetical order. All very formal - Sirs etc, and called forward into the witness box to take our allegience (sp?) to the Queen and serve her well etc given warrant card and To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. Have been parading around the house all night in it all - still in it now!!! All very offical now - even have a name badge saying 'footiegirl Police Constable' To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. Thank you!
Yes I am, although it still hasn't sunk in - the recruitment process took 18 months, so it still seems like I havent started, just feel like a student! Got all my uniform (except stab vest) now, and its just sitting on the sofa, keep looking at it and thinking "is it really mine?!" - keep putting the hat and high vis jackets and parading around in them just to try and make it real!! Week one done and dusted now though! Was a good, emotional week, very tiring though! Will go back on Monday To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

Nutty - cakes were muffins, flatjacks, cookies, ...... cannot remember the rest! They just raided the tesco cakes section!!
Worse thing was I was too nervous to eat, and then got cornered by some tutors so couldn't get any!! To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
