where in the country best for secondary supply work?

Hi
I'm an NQT in secondary art about to stark supply work after not securing a job for September .
I'm trying to make the decision whether to stay put in Bristol, where I completed my PGCE or whether to move back to the North West . Does anyone have any experience of which area there would likely to be more supply work, or any suggestions about how I might find out?
