Hi and welcome!
Firstly, don't take a laptop - there should always be one in the classroom (although I won't guarantee that they will always work!!!) Generally, as an occasional supply, you need to log in as "supply" and then have restricted access (if the teacher is on-site, they will normally log in under their name so you have full access) - the password is often the same but, hopefully, someone will help you when you arrive. I generally take a memory stick with calming/tidy-up time etc music and graphics, some useful power points etc but don't worry if you haven't got one prepared as this is something you can develop with experience. As for EAL, I wouldn't worry too much and there's not a lot you can do to prepare unless you know what languages you might encounter. The classroom should be set out with plenty of visual aids and have TA support if the language is a major barrier. You're only there one morning so you can't be expected to solve all the problems!
Have fun and good luck
