s what this means? The way I read it is that they only want people to apply who have completed their induction in which case why not say so in clear and perfect English. I am booked to look around the school on Monday, my previous appointment being cancelled by the school, am I wasting my time?

You're not wasting your time... don't worry about it... I think this might be quite a new thing, I'd certainly never seen it before filling in my threshold application form, and it puts them in the guidance...
