from the children in 'my class'. Very positive so I am now going to rewrite my personal statement and cross fingers and toes. This will be second job that I have applied for online, emailing the school directly. Has anyone else done this? It feels really odd. You still don't get an emailed no thank you letter though!

Audrey and Wendy, keep plugging away, something will come!

In answer to your MUCH earlier question Audrey, I have thought about the independent sector (get the PC phrasing) - degree from St Andrews in Classics - but I like teaching littlies. I wouldn't rule it out if the right opportunity came up though!

I can understand that Jennyfleur, I have thought that recently myself, although I like the older one's, the younger chn DON'T have the attitude etc, etc, etc. I do keep reminding myself that IF I DO END UP WITH MY OWN CLASS it will be different
