Default P45 agency or council??

Received P45 today but not sure whether to send it to the council with who i registered with or the agency? Any advice welcome.

Hello Neet,

I'd be tempted to send it to the first one who gets work for me then they can start your payments with the relevant tax details. With the other one, you will be paying tax in full, and will have to contact your local tax office in April next year to ask them to make the adjustments once you have your P60.
