of days what we're doing about it... we were getting people joining the forum just so they could ask for it, it's a hefty document and she was emailing tonnes of people with it all the time, many without thanks, so got a bit, understandably, fed up, and we never saw the people on the forum again! Think we may have a solution though... watch this space!
