Hmm, let me think. I taught year one on my last teaching placement- but the problem is I lost my file! Literacy, you could get them to make a storyboard of a story? Maybe read them a story and then get them to redo it as a story board, drawing picture and writing a word/sentence about whats happening? Idk. Numeracy- A lesson I did once was target boards, which actually might be pretty good as you won't know the abilities and its a kind of self differentiating thing.
