I've calmed down and feel much better now thank you. She's a great head and really looked after me today (i.e. popping in now and then to see how I was going). Every time she came in the room fell silent and as soon as she left, they all started misbehaving til I threatened to call her back in again. The kids are just so annoying as I'm trying to get the whole classes attention and they just carry on talking no matter what strategies i use!
Anyway, already had chocolate so off to make rissotto for tonight!
I am in a Year 1 class tomorrow and then in the unit for the rest of the week (allegedly).
