Thanks for the link to NASUWT info. Looks like I match criteria in that I usually plan, prepare, mark, do breaks, assemblies etc. Whatever class teacher I'm covering usually does in fact!However, I haven't asked Heads directly for full day's pay (need the work/ money too much to "Rock the boat!") and continue to work at hourly rate, (tho' this has NEVER been agreed/discussed with me!)
Local NASUWT are still looking into it now they have details of when/ where worked and a rough calculation of pay difference.
That thread I started at TES seems to have risen up the pages again, (Thanks for resurrecting!) so don't think the issue is going away.
