I would say to watch out for them and the fee though if you don't re register exactly on date. I registered with the GTC in January this year and they charged me £33 from then til March and another £33 from March this year til next. I asked them about it and they said they (conveniently I thought) don't do part charging. So you might be just as well financially to renew it now cos if you do within the next year anyway they will charge you the same.
