I've just started taking bottled water, 2 bottles, to make sure I drink something. I never really feel thirsty, am seriously dehydrated (I eat instead) and always decline a drink (too much hassle getting the mugs/glasses back to the staffroom!) so I now put a bottle for morning, and one for the afternoon on the desk as I arrive. Trying to be disciplined, I'm not allowed to eat lunch before finishing the first bottle, and not allowed to go home 'til the second one's in the bin too!
