There isn't anywhere on the form asking why you left job, but i am concerned I will be asked as I left a yr 2 class at easter.
One strength i am working on phrasing is prior expereince as an outdoor education instructor so therefore very interesting in the outdoor learning in FS i.e. the fact they are supposed to spend 50% outdoors.
Interested in FS because interested in the development of skills (opposed to knowledge further up) i..e early literacy / maths skills, motor skills, social skills (another link there to outdoor education )
I usually say that one of my main skills is that I am able to build good relationships with children but that was one of the things that my head kept harassing me about (though the parents and children didn't seem to agree and were all exceedingly upset on me leaving, children alway coming to talk, show things all normal indicators of good relationships) due to the treatment in the last 18months I really don't know what my strengths are apart from survival.
