Two more HLTA's 'qualified' today, and the Head, with me sat there, said... "Wow, have been looking at the job description, there's no difference between you two and an ordinary teacher now, we can use you instead of supply, and maybe in job-share classes too. *Turning to two TA's* And there's nothing on the syllabus that you two couldn't do, why not apply? You'd be getting so much more money, yet we'd be paying less! May as well give it a go!" [smilie=hate-spal.gif]
