There is a Cover Supervisor in my part-time primary school. I knew there were HLTAs and TAs working in partnership to take PPA cover, but one has had a job description review, and is now a CS.

More's the point, I lose 0.2 after Christmas in one year group, and she's gaining 0.2, the same day, in another year group! Have the considered that I could have done those hours? It's even scarier if they did than if they didn't! [smilie=evil_poking_emoticon.gif]

ALSO (yes, I'm shouting now) she is planning and marking the lessons as it's PPA cover and the teacher 'doesn't like planning that subject'!!!!!
